If you are a new patient we would like to welcome you to the practice. If
you are already registered with us we hope that this website will help you to make the best use of
our facilities. We aim to provide high quality medical care, encourage good health and prevent
disease and help you to make decisions about your own health.
Please let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your name, address and telephone number.
If you move outside the practice area, it will be necessary to register with another doctor.

Opening Times
Monday to Friday – 8.30 am – 6.00 pm.
Disabled Access
The main surgery has good disabled access. There is wheelchair access to the building via a ramp at the
front entrance. Patient services are provided on the ground floor. A disabled toilet is situated just off
the waiting room.
If access does prove difficult for any of our disabled patients, we would be happy to consider any
suggestions for improvement.
