Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are on regular medication the doctor may allow you to have a number of repeat prescriptions without being seen, although you will need to be reviewed by a doctor at least once a year. All repeat prescriptions are recorded on, and issued from, our practice computer, and will have a counterfoil attached detailing your entire repeat prescribed medicines. To minimize errors we do not take prescription requests over the telephone unless you are housebound.

To order your repeat medicines:

Tick the items required on the right hand side of the order form from your last repeat prescription and return it to the surgery in person or by post

If you use a regular pharmacist you can order your prescription through them
OR
Email us on: prescriptions@GP-B81048.nhs.uk
Prescriptions are available for collection two full working days after your request. For your convenience we will post prescriptions to you if you leave a stamped, addressed envelope.
